This is a list of laws emanating from African slavery which can are commonly described as crazy, vile or despicable.
Born Free Law:. On breeding farms, a slave woman would be set free if she was able to give birth to 15 healthy children to be enslaved.
Disruptive TV Law: In African American homes in the 60's and 70's, an hastened cacophony of chatter would initiated with the arrival of a black man on the TV screen. Calm would resume only after everyone had decided at which point in the movie the black man would die.
Fugitive Slave Law: A free African American could be re-enslaved if any white person made a claim of ownership. African Americans were forbidden to speak in their defense in American courts of law.
Insurance Law: During the transportation of enslaved Africans by sea, no insurance payouts would be received if a sick slave died on land. Hence, sick enslaved Africans were thrown overboard to drown before the ships reached the Americas.
Dumping Law: After Britain abolished the transportation of enslaved Africans they began to police the atlantic. Hefty fines were imposed on any ship caught with enslaved Africans aboard. To avoid the fines, enslaved Africans were thrown overboard before the ships could be inspected. The Africans drowned or they were eaten by sharks.
Hiccuping Freedom Law: Africans celebrated their freedom through Abolition in 1807, but are soon disappointed when they realise it does not pertain to the slaves on the plantation or in captivity. In 1833 Slavery was finally abolished but the slaves were soon disappointed again because they had to endure a four year unpaid apprenticeship to complete. In 1838 the slaves were finally free but they were soon disappointed when they became riddled with debt, servitude and no vote for many decades. Some people in Sierra Leone had to wait until 1928 to be emancipated.
Hatred Law: Europeans had to hate Africans to encourage them to work for the rest of their natural lives without pay or dignity. Whipping, killing, mutilating and molesting were the favoured manifestations of European hatred.
Deniable Trauma Law: The traumas inflicted on Africans are so vile and demonic that descendants are unable to reconcile the repercussions today. Some Africans will vehemently deny any inherited trauma while they are bleaching their skins and losing count of their children. Africans have even adopted their derogatory names as terms of endearment and still there is apparently, nothing wrong with them.
Sterilisation Law: For 40 years up until 1967 the USA enforced a sterilisation program on the poor, the disabled, the feeble-minded, the illiterate and criminals. Many African Americans were subsequently sterilised. The USA inspired many nations to follow in their footsteps, including Nazi Germany, White South Africa's abortion and sterilising campaign on Africans, Australia's genocide compulsion and many more other countries.
Salvation Law: Many people have delude themselves into believing that the church, mosque or their country has jurisdiction over their Soul. They believe their duty to their your country can supersede the duty to their god and their conscience. Ignorance will be their only saving grace when they reach the gates of heaven because their country and religious leaders will not be able to testify in their defense when they are being judged.
